Never did I think the day would come, but I have finally converted to the Kindle. After agonizing on where to put each successive book in my ever shrinking apartment, it became clear the only way to make room for additional books was by buying a Kindle and losing the illustrious touch of paper books and joining Moore’s law and the digital storage revolution. The amount of room the books take up was really a much smaller factor than the ability to highlight my favorite passages, export to Evernote, and have them stored in an easily searchable fashion. I plan to continue to buy physical books, but only after I have read them on Kindle and can consider them life-changing (and after getting permission from the Roommate (girlfriend)).
The excitement of coming home to find a package waiting outside my mailbox will be replaced with the press of a button as I anxiously wait for the book to download. The following five books I have pre-ordered and can’t wait for them to travel through the air and magically arrive on my digital e-reader for my viewing pleasure.

The Four: Or, How to Build a Trillion-Dollar Company by Scott Galloway

Editor’s Note: I’ve never actually asked for permission nor plan to.
